Project: Designed by Harrison Architects of Seattle, the Krieger House was built using green construction techniques, including many recycled products and concern for minimizing waste.

Special Feature: The screen porch - Made from Iron Wood called Ipe from the Southeast, a renewable, extremely hard wood that lasts forever, this porch even has screening underneath to protect its occupants from the legendary Lake Wenatchee mosquito.This porch has also been known to have wild turkeys roosting on its nearly-finished surfaces.
