Project: This simply designed carriage house consists of a first floor garage, bathroom & entry, and a second floor open space for entertaining friends and for kid sleepovers – elegant, yet functional.

Special Feature: A large carport to house a ski track machine – Young Laura Valaas is on the U.S. National Ski Team and her father, Peter, grooms trails on their acreage for Laura to practice.
